Project Proposal (The Art of Seeing)

For my project I will be photographing architecture. I'm doing architecture because it can be done in so many different ways and from certain angles and different lighting can look completely different to how it does with the eye. I think architecture can be really beautiful if captured just right. The way that light can hit windows and cause reflections and abstract lines is always so pretty to me.

I will be taking pictures of derelict architecture in Birmingham. I will research areas that are environmentally ugly and have buildings that do not add to the scenery.

I will take different kinds of pictures showcasing them from different angles and lightings to make them not such an eye sore.

I will go to different areas of Birmingham that showcase different architect that are abandoned or just in general bad condition and photographing them and editing them to make them look beautiful.
