In my class I have learnt about shutter speed which determines how blurry the picture will be. For instance if a picture is taken with and long shutter speed and something in the picture is moving e.g. a runner then the picture will be blurry because all of the movement was caught in the shot, but if you take a picture of someone moving with a short shutter speed then the picture won’t be blurry because not all of their movement was caught.
I have also learnt about aperture which is light passing through the camera lens. This determines how bright the picture will be. If a picture is taken with a low f number then the picture will be darker and if the f number on the camera is higher then the picture will be brighter
Another thing I have learnt about is ISO and white balance. ISO is a function on the camera that changes the brightness and how much light is let through the camera lens in real time. White balance is when there are lighter colours in the picture.
